Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see the shipping options available for your country.

Shipping cost

• Standard shipping: free on every order, with tracking.
• Express shipping: available at checkout for an additional fee.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time

• United States: usually 7–15 business days (express: 2–4 business days).
• Rest of the world: usually 7–20 business days depending on the destination and local customs.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country's customs office. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we will investigate and resend or refund your order.
