30-Day Try-On Guarantee

Try your lashes for 30 days from delivery. If you're not happy with them, contact us and we'll make it right with a refund.

How it works

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work for you.
• We'll reply with the next steps. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Free items

Items received for free through a promotion (such as Buy 2 Get 2 Free) are refunded at $0.
